Position Summary:
Seeking motivated and goal driven Remote Licensed Sales Producers to join our team. You will be responsible for developing insurance leads, identifying client needs, and closing sales for personal lines (home, auto, renters, etc.). This role is ideal for self-starters who are licensed, highly motivated, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
Seeking motivated and goal driven Remote Licensed Sales Producers to join our team. You will be responsible for developing insurance leads, identifying client needs, and closing sales for personal lines (home, auto, renters, etc.). This role is ideal for self-starters who are licensed, highly motivated, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate insurance quotes and close new business
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships
- Educate clients on coverage options and tailor policies to meet their needs
- Achieve and exceed sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License required
- 1+ years of insurance sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with sales and CRM software tools

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week
